SHIPPING POLICY

Processing & Handling

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.  If we are experienced high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Method:  USPS Ground Advantage / UPS Ground

Estimated Delivery Time:   5-8 business days

Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order tracking number(s).  The Tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages & Melting (Candles & Soaps)

Rhone & Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit.  If you received your order damage, please contact the shipment carrier file a claim .  Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Summer Weather Note: * Because candles and soaps can melting high heat, we recommend tracking your package closely and retrieving it immediately upon delivery so it does not sit in a warm mailbox porch.
